Mighty HQ ("MightyHQ," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MightyHQ platform and the products built on it, including Mighty, BlueShield Auto Transport, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account & contact information — name, email address, mobile number, company name, and role, provided when you create an account or sign a service agreement.
• Order & operational data — details you or your agents generate while using the Service, such as shipment records, quotes, dispatch and load information, schedules, documents, and messages.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser and device identifiers, and product interactions, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
• Content you provide to agents — instructions, files, and memory you configure for your agents.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its agent runtime.
• To coordinate operations — including sending transactional messages about orders, shipments, and support.
• To authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the platform.
• To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and service-related matters.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with subprocessors and vendors that help us deliver it (for example, cloud hosting and our SMS provider, Twilio), with parties to a transaction you authorize (such as carriers or drivers for a shipment), and where required by law. All vendors are bound to use the information solely to provide services to us.

SMS / Text Messaging

Mighty HQ sends and receives SMS with customers, carriers, and drivers to coordinate vehicle-transport orders (dispatch/load offers, pickup and delivery scheduling, ETAs and status updates, document requests, and support).

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that help us deliver the service (e.g., our SMS provider, Twilio) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
• Message frequency varies based on order and shipment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@mightyhq.com.
• Consent is collected when you sign our transportation service agreement and provide your mobile number, and is not a condition of any purchase.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. MightyHQ is built to be self-hosted and SOC 2–ready. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mightyhq.com. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
