These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MightyHQ platform and the products built on it, including Mighty and BlueShield Auto Transport (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Mighty HQ ("MightyHQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, signing a service agreement, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MightyHQ provides an agent runtime and the applications built on it. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Your use of specific products may be subject to additional terms presented at sign-up.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, use it to violate any law, or send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for the conduct of agents you configure.
By providing your mobile number to Mighty HQ (via our transportation service agreement or a booking), you consent to receive SMS about your vehicle shipment or assigned loads — dispatch/load offers, pickup and delivery scheduling, ETAs and status updates, requests for inspection photos and signed bills of lading, and support responses.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
The Service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by MightyHQ and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MightyHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
